The Minimalist Mental Health Blog

Emily Echeverria, MS, LMFT

Welcome to my no fluff, straight to the point minimalist mental health blog. I do not enjoy writing in flowery language. I end up overthinking every word and then nothing comes out. When I am reading articles, I hate reading long intros or background content before I get to the information I’m looking for. So, I am writing this blog for people like me knowing full well it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but hoping someone will find it useful!

All blog posts are my (Emily Echeverria, LMFT#141672) personal opinion based on my understanding of my education and training and my personal experiences which may differ from another person.
